Helen o' Connor /Temple St Childrens Hospital 1-2-1, Training
"Colin has worked as a personal trainer to my son Stephen while he has been in Temple St Hospital,Stephen has ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) after a virus.
After meeting with Stephen Colin put a plan in place for both exercise and diet.Stephen and Colin formed an immediate bond which made progress easy.
After only a couple of sessions I saw a big improvement in Stephen.
Colin's patience and understanding of Stephen was outstanding. They worked together for about 4 months until Stephen left hospital
I would recommend Colin for any one on one personal training for anyone in rehab or with a special need,
If you wish to discuss this further you can contact me on 086-191-6372."

"Colin thank you so much for helping ciara and tadgh. They are two very happy kids who found learning to cycle a chore and you have made it fun to learn . Tadgh is now cycling and ciara is close . Getting her peddles back on for next week made her beam all over her face. Look forward to next class".

Colin
"Thanks very much for the session on Friday - Tommy really enjoyed it.  There was a great energy on the track!  I don’t know how you got them all running along together - fair play to you
A great side effect was that Tommy slept 11hours on Friday night - a PB if you will - for our insomniac

Colin it's us as parents who are so grateful to you.... until you came along there was nobody what these kids need......or cared enough to go to the bother of providing for them."

Kate Bunbury /Athletics Club
"Hi Colin

Thanks again for last Friday Ted didn't stop smiling that night. He got such a kick out of the class and even said he thinks athletics is his thing."

Irene Gaynor/Arch Youth Club
"Thank you Colin for a very enjoyable session with the teens
recently everyone had a great time."

 Emma Conlon 1-2-1 Training
"Colin had worked with my daughter, Hannah for over two years, initially as team leader with the Ripple Group in their activities camp and more recently, as her one to one trainer. Under Colin's guidance and training, Hannah ran her first 5k in November
in 44 minutes on a cold and very rainy Sunday morning beating myself and my friend, Isobel. Colin and Hannah are now back in training for another 5k in April.
Colin has an amazing rapport with all kids but especially children on the spectrum. He really understands their personalities, possess boundless energy and positivity and instills confidence and a 'can do' attitude with all the children he teaches and trains. I can not recommend Colin highly enough."

 Naomi Materson /Athletics Club

“We met Colin when he ran a weekly athletics session called the Rainbow Warriors for a group of children with ASD – my son being one of the participants.   He has an amazingly calm yet encouraging manner.  The kids all loved him – nothing seemed to faze him and he found a unique way to communicate with each child – all with varying needs.  The weekly sessions not only afforded the children the opportunity to get involved in sports in an encouraging environment – it also allowed them to develop friendships.  Colin also organised for the kids to take park in community park runs which was great for inclusion and confidence building.  We really miss the club but my son has gone on to keep active in running club in school!”
